Real Training Professional Assessment courses enable delegates to learn to use psychometric tests to assess their pupils correctly and work towards applying them in access arrangements.

Award for SEN Coordination
All SENCOs in the UK must achieve the National Award for SEN Coordination within three years of appointment. Real Training offer this as well as the International Award, specifically designed for SENCOs based abroad.
Master of Education (MEd) in SEND & Inclusion
The Master of Education in SEND & Inclusion allows delegates to study a range of modules focused on SEND. You can pick from a blend of modules to suit your interests or the needs of your setting, plus the final Enquiry-based Practice module, to create your personalised programme of study.
If you have prior qualifications, such as NASENCO, iSENCO, CCET or CPT3A, gained within the last five years, you could bring those credits into the Masters programme too.
You could even choose a specialised pathway, such as Autism, Assessment, and Pastoral.
Master of Education (MEd) in Inclusive Educational Leadership
The Master of Education in Inclusive Educational Leadership is designed for delegates looking to develop their leadership skills in inclusion. Delegates are also able to tailor this programme with modules of interest from the SEND & Inclusion programme, with the Leadership of Inclusive Practice being a core module and the Enquiry-based Practice as the final compulsory module.
