Delivery

Expected delivery is within 5 working days (any items not in stock will be put on backorder and sent when available). UK delivery is charged at the following rates:

• Orders up to £150.00: £9.80
• Orders over £150.00: Free
• Next day delivery charge (all UK orders): £12.30
• Overseas deliveries will be calculated on an order by order basis and will be dependant on weight and destination. The total cost will be displayed at checkout (please note this price does not include local fees and taxes which may apply in individual countries).

Returns

If you decide to return your order please return it in a saleable condition, with original packaging, seals unbroken and within 14 days of the date of delivery. The return address is: CDL London Ltd Unit 3 & 3a Bluebell Business Park Sheffield Park East Sussex TN22 3HQ

Before sending please email us at shop@dyslexiaaction.org.uk or call us on 01784 222339 to advise us of the return and the reason for doing so.

Please be aware that postage charges, return postage and insurance costs of returns will not be refunded to you. Please obtain proof of posting as you will be liable for the goods until received at our offices in the required condition. Once the goods are received in a saleable condition we will raise a credit for the item.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, 2000 customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within a period of 7 working days. We require written confirmation of cancellation either by letter or e-mail.

Shortages/Damages

If any part of your order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact the Customer Services Team a soon as possible on 01784 222339 and we will arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement sent out. Please make sure you contact us within 14 days to be sure of getting the item replaced
